Vernon Dugger, MS, MA, MDiv, LPCC has received a Master of Science in Agency Counseling from Western Carolina University. He has spent 15 years working with young people and spent 20 years as part owner and operator of a Steel Erection Company. Vernon believes in creating an atmosphere of acceptance and safety to allow an exploration of the client’s needs, then making plans that can be executed to help to facilitate healing. Vernon believes that clients are the best expert on their own lives and are well suited to taking the lead in answering challenges. Vernon believes most of life’s challenges can be faced with assessment of core values, clarity of responsibility, and clear action steps based on those core values. For fun, he enjoys reading, golfing, and fishing. Vernon is at his best when he is spending time with his family.
