Work With Us

We are looking for therapists to join us on our mission to provide affordable and free outpatient mental health therapy. Our team is a diverse group of people and we love that. Before resumes, interviews, and formalities, we want to learn about you and the passions that led you here.

Licensed & Pre-Licensed Mental Health Therapists

We hire pre-licensed and licensed therapists based on needs in the community. We particularly center supporting marginalized communities with the most significant barriers to accessing and affording outpatient mental health therapy. If we are not hiring your specialty, we invite you to apply, and we will keep your application on file for future reference.

Therapist Testimonial

“For me, working at Khesed Wellness is like an adapted quote from Robert Frost’s, ‘The Road Not Taken.’

Two roads diverged in a wood, and

I took the one less traveled by, [We - We took a third way to through uncharted territory]

And that has made all the difference.

Khesed Wellness has invited me into a space to find a third way to intentionally, logistically, and compassionately machete forests that prevent ease of access to flourishing opportunities of mental health for those who need it most. Khesed Wellness has invited me to be a part of a network of people that desire the same kindness for others. Khesed Wellness has invited me to step more into third ways inside of myself.

‘And that has made all the difference.’”

- Ryan Hambley MA, LPC Colorado Therapist
