Travis Singeo, PhD, MA, MA, LPC is a psychotherapist with a degree in clinical mental health counseling from Naropa University’s contemplative psychotherapy and Buddhist Psychology studies. He also holds an MA from Boston College’s Lynch School of Education for school counseling. He also has a PhD in public health from the University of the Ryukyu’s faculty of medicine, Okinawa, Japan. He also relies on his unique training in Contemplative Psychotherapy and applied Mindfulness founded in both Western and Buddhist Psychology. He integrates all relevant aspects of his professional, spiritual, and personal life to co-create a relationship that fosters increased self awareness, insight, and personal growth.
