Ruth Duggar

Pre-Licensed Therapist

Ruth Duggar (she/her), MA, LPCC has her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Denver Seminary, and is a pre-licensed psychotherapist in the state of Colorado, where she is originally from. She is a down to earth therapist with a sense of humor who delights in connecting with people and their stories. Ruth enjoys working with clients of all ages as individuals, couples, or families. Her goal is to work collaboratively with clients to help them understand themselves, identify and address obstacles, and provide support as they create the life they want to live. Ruth’s specialties include boundaries, family systems, CBT, and narrative therapy. When she has free time, Ruth enjoys playing the violin and hanging out with her family, and she always has a coffee mug nearby.
