Apprentice Therapist
Kelly (She/Her) has an Associates Degree in Communications, and an Associates Degree in Psychology from Laramie County Community College. She has her Bachelor's in Psychology from the University of Wyoming.
Kelly wants to foster a safe space for the client and therapist. She cultivates compassion and empathy to guide, enhance, and strengthen the well-being of others by assisting them with navigating challenges in their lives through empowerment, outreach, and resources. Her most valued goal is guiding others to a more profound and healthy well-being. Witnessing the growth of empowerment and strength in others is important to Kelly.
When individuals are grounded within themselves, it creates a positive ripple effect around them. Kelly specializes in depression, anxiety, somatic exploration, self-esteem, self-compassion, mindfulness, grief and loss, boundaries, stress management, spirituality, trauma, navigating faith, interpersonal issues, value exploration, law enforcement Individuals who are willing to be transparent about how they show up in the world and to themselves is a challenging task, however, being open to self-reflection and growth is a process you can benefit from when working with Kelly.
Kelly enjoys kayaking with her family, searching for moose on hikes, photography and watching a good movie.
