Kaela Little
Pre-Licensed Therapist
Kaela (she/her), MA, LPCC, has her Master of Arts in Sport and Performance Psychology from the University of Denver. She strives to foster a therapeutic space promoting inclusivity and curiosity, where clients feel empowered to live and speak their truth. Her approach highlights how individuals' intersectional identities and larger environment they live and function in influences thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
Helping people build and sustain psychological flexibility in order to contact the present moment more fully is vital to Kaela. She believes this leads to alignment between people's actions and values, which is a key precedent to living an authentic and value-driven life.
Kaela specializes in working with athletes and performers in many different domains, as well as LGBTQ+ adolescents and adults. Kaela's ideal clients include individuals actively interested and willing to engage in self-exploration and individualized work directed towards deeper awareness and connection with self, others, and their community.
Kaela enjoys exploring the Colorado mountains, dancing in the kitchen while cooking, being a dog aunt, and spending quality time with close friends.
