Justice Involved Youth Pro Bono Program
The vast majority of justice-involved youth navigate a mental health disorder, and according to the Child Crime Prevention & Safety Center, 76% have substance abuse issues.
For youth navigating welfare, court fees, transportation, and financial burdens, therapy is often unaffordable.
Our Justice Involved Youth Pro Bono Program is shifting the narrative.
We are providing FREE mental health therapy sessions for justice involved youth living in Denver County who are affected by mental health struggles.
Participants must meet the following qualifications:
16 - 24 years old
Resides in Denver County
History of or current involvement in the justice system
Each participant will receive 12 free sessions. Upon completion of the program, participants have the option to continue services through our other ongoing affordable or free programs. Complete our intake form to get started with one of our therapists, and contact us with any questions.
This program was created in partnership with The Denver Broncos Foundation. The Denver Broncos Foundation is committed to making a positive impact on future generations by creating a "game plan" for life through youth health and wellness initiatives, dynamic in and out of school programming and access to career pathways.
