Jessica Schokman
Apprentice Therapist
Jessica (she/her) is completing her Master’s in Social Work at Colorado State University with a focus on clinical behavioral health. She hopes to create a sense of safety with her clients to foster exploration and to facilitate healing.
Jessica strives to support her clients to create an authentic life aligned with their goals. Empathy and self-compassion are important to Jessica. She believes fostering these capacities can lead to a stronger sense of self and more satisfaction in relationships, both of which can help us manage life’s inevitable ups and downs.
Jessica gently challenges her clients while encouraging them to see the best in themselves. She specializes in attachment-relationship issues, highly sensitive/neurodiverse clients, trauma-informed care, anxiety, depression, and social justice issues. Folks who are willing to look inward, show up honestly, and tune into the present moment will benefit from partnering with Jessica.
Jessica enjoys morning walks with her pup, Ru, weekly yoga, and exploring new places on her own or with friends.
